Bob Canham's sense of urgency in producing results is un-matched. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in the early 1970s, Bob began his career managing and brokering a portfolio of single family homes. Prior to joining his partners to establish Sunchase American in 1990, Bob was associated with some of the nation's largest property management companies. During his tenure as Regional Vice President, he was responsible for a portfolio of 14,000 apartment units located along the East Coast and in the Midwest. He was involved in many areas, including operations, acquisitions, analysis, and strategic planning. His vision and sense of purpose continues to motivate and inspire the Sunchase American team of professionals. |

Jim Huffstickler was instrumental in creating one of the most progressive financial reporting systems in the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina and is a Certified Public Accountant. Jim's career began in 1971 with a local syndication and development company. In 1980, he joined a major multi-state management company where he attained the position of Senior Vice President for Accounting and Finance. In this position, Jim's responsibilities included accounting services and financial management for more than 500 apartment communities in 37 states. Today Jim and his strong team of accounting professionals provide essential accounting and financial reporting support that is an integral component of effective real estate management. In Jim's words, "There is no substitute for accuracy, quality and efficiency." |
